This guide intends to provide a high-level overview of steps to get your ECU connected and be ready for configuration. There's an assumption that all the hardware vehicle improvements have been completed.
Prerequisite
First you need to install TunerStudio and then connect your epicEFI controller via USB.
TunerStudio has several versions that you can pick from, the gratis version being Lite!. While it can be used to tune and start the car without any problems, many essential troubleshooting tools such as the Tooth Logger are not available.
It is strongly recommended to obtain a licensed version of TunerStudio.
Next, you need to download the firmware and flash your controller if it did not arrive pre-loaded with the firmware.
