⚡ epicEFI Firmware Flasher

Quick Start Guide

1. Connect your ECU via USB cable to your computer
2. Click "Connect" - The tool will automatically detect your ECU and prepare it for flashing
3. Download Backup (Recommended) - Click "Download ECU Backup" to save your current firmware and tune
4. Select Firmware File - Choose the .bin file you want to flash
5. Flash Firmware - Click "Write Firmware to ECU" and confirm
6. Power Cycle - Unplug and reconnect your ECU when flashing is complete
7. Verify - Connect to TunerStudio and verify the firmware version

Troubleshooting

Device not detected?

• Make sure the ECU is powered on (via USB or external power)
• Try a different USB cable or port
• For manual DFU mode: Hold BOOT/PROG button while plugging in USB

Where to get firmware?

• Download from epicEFI firmware
• Extract the bundle and use the .bin file

What Each Button Does

• Connect - Automatically detects your ECU, switches to DFU mode, and prepares for flashing
• Download ECU Backup - Reads and saves your current firmware (includes tune)
• Write Firmware to ECU - Flashes the selected .bin file to your ECU
